Illegally Under Attack with False Claims
GK: My name is GK and I'll be representing the Burrow this evening.
Here we have another defamatory article called: Roku, vexed by mysterious far right Conspiracy theory Publisher. Now, let me break down this title here for you.
False Claim: “Far Right”
So the first claim is that we are far right and that all of the content on this channel is far right. Now, what confuses me is how this channel has nothing to do with politics. Yet he is labeling it "far right", which means an extremist Republican. Just that word alone ruins this entire video. Words like Republican and Democrat, leftist, rightist, far left, far right, conservative, all of these different terms. All they do is provide a gateway for people who want to either initiate into politics or who don't. They're gross words and all these terms do is chop us into little sections and divide us as a nation. So to answer your question, we are not far right. We are not associated with any sort of political movement or anything at all. And if anything, there's a lot about democracy that is not bad. The only thing we're against is communism. Well, actually, we're also against pedophiles, rapists and criminals.
Video Clip News: Eight women are accusing actor Morgan Freeman of inappropriate behavior and harassment. The women alleged they were subject to unwanted touching and comment…. 62 year old with a 17 Year old… close to the family tells the mag that when Edina was a teenager, she told Mirna that Morgan attempted to have sex with her. Myrna confronted Morgan and he agreed to leave a her alone. But the relationship continued for years.
False Claim: “Conspiracy Theory”
GK: So your comment and your opinion, is untrue and this whole article altogether is defamatory and I'll sum it up at the end for you. The next claim is that all of our content is conspiracy theory. A conspiracy theory, literally by definition, is a secret organization with influence that is responsible for an event. So, number one, the organizations that we believe that are responsible for SOME of the video content are not secret organizations. They're very out in the open. So that removes the word conspiracy. Number two. So does that mean if an organization was responsible for an event and they were secret or they weren't secret and they use the word conspiracy theory, then they just say this word and then they're protected and you just block it out of your mind and they're protected from the law? The answer is no. And the term conspiracy theory is used all the time to discredit actual true information. Former CIA agent Kevin Shipp even said that the word conspiracy theory was coined by the CIA to stop people questioning narrative.
Video Clip:
Michael Smith - Hollywood Stunt man: “And for those of you who don't know who Kevin Shipp is, he's a CIA whistleblower. He worked in counterintelligence and he served in many capacities in his tenure at the CIA.”
Kevin Shipp -CIA AGENT: “this is something people need to know because it has been so covered up and mocked and berated and claimed to be a conspiracy theory. And by the way, the term labeling people as conspiracy theorists was invented by the CIA to deflect any attention over the JFK assassination. They invented that word as as a way to shut down any scrutiny or critical, critical investigation of what they were doing. So they started that whole Ball rolling”
GK: Not only is it not a conspiracy, but these aren't theories. We actually specialize in proving things and bringing things from theory to literal light proof. We provide studies and beyond almost a reasonable doubt, enough information to allow you to decide on your own what's true and what's not. And if somebody is too busy working to do digging on information, what's wrong with other people who do the digging for you and provide it to you? Why is that such a problem? What's the need to be so defamatory towards us now?
False Claim: “extremist political propaganda”
The next claim is that we're extremist political propaganda and that was a quote. Then you say it's obvious that we are in violation of Roku's terms and conditions. So you're saying it's obvious that we're extremist political propagandists. Now let's break it down. Extremist, obviously someone doing something extreme and that's not what we do at all. We provide neutral information with studies and facts to back it up so you can make your own choice. What's wrong with that? Next claim is that we're political. Nothing that we do is political and our honest opinion, the entire system is rigged and we want nothing to do with it. So we are not even focusing on politics. Our channel has nothing to do with politics at all. Just because a few videos out of thousands may have politicians in them because they're included in a story that's being told doesn't make the entire channel political. That's ridiculous and defamatory. Let's break down propaganda - information of a bias or misleading nature used to promote a political cause or point of view. So, number one, as a main content producer on the channel, I know that at least 50%, if not 100% of the content, is 100% neutral in non bias to anything. It's all just blank information for you to either take or let it go. So we are not biased. Number two: political. We've already explained that we hate politics. We are absolutely nothing to do with that. We are going in the opposite direction.
False Claim: Misinformation
Number three, misinformation. I think a good point of reference for misinformation is this article. You're saying all of these things in your article, you, that just are not true and is literally not accurate information, which is misinformation. So that's a pretty good reference point to start as somebody who has probably more than 50% of the content on the burrow, I can tell you that my number one quality and number one pride is that I never release any misinformation. I always make sure I back up anything I say with enough weight that you can do the research on your own. I always trace things back to mainstream peer reviewed studies and news clips. An example is taking something like all of my subscribers telling me that they're seeing people in relatives having issues with enlarged hearts and heart attacks called myocarditis. I then post a video after I find peer reviewed studies like this:
And also when I find articles like this from the FDA saying that myocarditis is a main side effect, one of the main side effects from the Pfizer vaccine and then I pair it with something like this:
Video Clip:
ABC NEWS: “It's a condition called myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle. Since April, the CDC says more cases of myocarditis have been reported in the US, especially in young people who have gotten either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine”
Child: “I am in the hospital right now with heart complications from the COVID 19 vaccine, and I want to inform as many people as I can about the risks from taking the vaccine that I wish someone would have told me. So I am a Division one student athlete with no prior health issues, and I got the second COVID shot Tuesday. And within four days I have been diagnosed with myocarditis”
GK: Which is a mainstream media outlet, saying that myocarditis is affecting children that took the Pfizer vaccine. And this is something that an article producer like this (Next TV) would consider misinformation. So my last question would be things that were considered misinformation in 2020. Now are coming out true and that are true information. Who gets to decide what's true information and what's misinformation, and what if you're wrong?
The Science of Science:
GK: Also, if you're going off science, the main basis of science is it's never decided and it's always in debate.
Video Clip:
Allan Savory - Ecologist: “People Talk glibly about science. What is science? People coming out of a university with a master's degree or a PhD, you take them into the field and they literally don't believe anything. And this is a peer reviewed paper. It's the only thing they accept. And you say to them, But let's observe, let's think, let's discuss. They don't do it. It's just is it in a peer reviewed paper or not? That's the view of science. I think it's pathetic going into universities as bright young people, they come out of them brain dead, not even knowing what science means. They think it means peer reviewed papers, etc.. No, that's academia. And if a paper is peer reviewed, it means everybody thought the same, therefore they approved it. An unintended consequence is that when new knowledge emerges, new scientific insights, they can never, ever be peer reviewed. So we're blocking all new advances in science that are big advances. If you look at the breakthroughs in science, almost always they don't come from the center of that profession. They come from the fringe. The finest candle makers in the world couldn't even think of electric lights. They don't come from within. They often come from outside the breaks. We're going to kill ourselves because of stupidity”
GK: So when you say the science is decided, that's a phrase that is considered propaganda. Just to show you an example of propaganda, which is misinformation that has stemmed from political points of view, which is also biased because you and everybody else clearly think that vaccines are okay and don't acknowledge that you even admit that vaccine damages can occur, even if they are rare. And how can you argue something safe when it literally says it can kill you in the FDA Fact Sheet? That being said, all of these things are facts that will lead to a defamatory lawsuit, a very, very easy one at that. Project, Veritas already paved the way. Now, if you look at the rest of the first page, a "mysterious far right publishing company", "conspiracy theory", and "political propaganda", false, "irrelevant or misleading information", these are all lies. This is why it's defamatory. I hope that makes sense to you.
False Claim "QAnon Inspired Content":
Okay, so now here he brings up another point. He says that we're focused on "widely debunked QAnon inspired conspiracy theories". So we've already told you that conspiracy theories is not something we're a part of. That is absolutely nothing to do with what we're doing now. He's inserting a new aspect. He's saying that we are "QAnon inspired". Let's break that down. So Q Is a psychological operation either for the good or for the bad that the majority of the truther population has gone through. We don't participate in the Q aspect of anything, so Q And on has absolutely nothing to do with our channel at all. If we have any sort of information on “Q” or “QAnon” it is there for people to understand because it is a topic as you're bringing it up yourself, you yourself are bringing up QAnon. Are you part of QAnon. So aren't we allowed to bring up documentaries or information about QAnon without being for QAnon? Again, this is defamatory and misleading for everybody. He goes on to say that Pizzagate is debunked and that we are talking about debunked subjects. Wouldn't you be interested to know more about this? Look, this is a performer at Comet Ping Pong Pizza, a regular, and many think it's the owner. Listen to what he says on stage. It's real quick.
Video Clip:
Robert David Steele - Deceased Former CIA ITNJ Judge: “Now that we've had Pizzagate welcome people.”
Unknown Performer on Stage at Comet Ping Pong DC: “Welcome To Comet Pizza and ping pong” - Crowd: “and little boys and children”
Unknown Performer on Stage at Comet Ping Pong DC: “WE all have preferences (Laughs)”
Robert David Steele - Deceased Former CIA ITNJ Judge: “For example, which opened people's mind”
GK: We think things like this should be known and that people should know about them. So that way if anybody's in the area, maybe they can tell us more about it. And if there's a crime going on, maybe it can be exposed. What's wrong with sharing information? He then goes on to say that we share vaccine misinformation. So one of the things we share is different parents that are yelling and crying up and upset because their children was killed by the Pfizer vaccine or the MMR vaccine gave their child autism. We have actual testimonies from people.
Father 1 - Ernest Ramirez: “My son received the vaccine and he died a few days later. The only explanation that was given to me was a large heart is not worth the risk. You might not see your baby tomorrow. I have to live with that the rest of my life. I love the hell out of my country, but I don't trust my government anymore.
NBC News: “Died from Covid 19 Vaccine. According to the autopsy report from the county coroner. George Watts JR, was a college student described as a homebody. He loved playing video games and being with his family
His Mother: “He's funny, Kind of shy. You get to know him and he's he's a jokester and quick witted kid”
Father 2: “Tell the truth! My boy is dead from your vaccine”
GK: So I don't understand how that's misinformation when they're just explaining the stories they went through. And it just happened to be vaccine products and it's just another defamatory lie. And as we go down, you see, he says, far right propaganda. Again, that's another lie.
False Claim: Fake Youtube Accounts
GK: And here we go on page three. This absolutely blew my mind. He's trying to insinuate that we somehow made YouTube accounts to get things to go viral as a promotion technique. Absolutely not. It's 100% organic viral. And we actually saved all the videos people sent us because it was so cool. We didn't even plan on it blowing up so big. So check out these videos real quick.
Video Clip:
TikToker 1: “Tik Tok This video is fake for educational purposes, but if you happen to have a Roku TV, let's go look at something right click.
TikToker 2: “Okay. I'm going to make this really quick because I have to cook dinner if you have a Roku device. Run. Do not walk. Run to your Roku device. Fire it up. Add channel. Search. Burro. B. U. R. R. O. W. Burrow. The logo is a white rabbit going into a hole. And as the channel comes up across your screen at the bottom, it says the Red Pill Network. Get that channel and browse and watch and prepare to have your mind blown. Prepare yourself. Just do it. Go do it right now”
GK: So clearly, he's sitting there lying again and insinuating that we are actually doing bad marketing practices that are bad morale so people don't watch our channel again, defamatory. And then right after that, he literally just objectively, finally, objectively, without any opinion behind it, states that we said that we are paying $4,500 as a projected first month bill that we have to pay. So, number one, clearly he's trying to make it look like we're about scamming people, which is insane. That's the most libel defamatory thing I've ever seen in my whole life. Number two, yes, that absolutely was our projected operating costs. The operating cost comes from a CDN, which is basically where all the data is stored on it. And then every time someone watches something, we have to pay for that data and it equals out to at first it was $20 a terabyte when we got it down to $5 a terabyte. So it went from $4500 down to right around $3000. And after the first month's bill, we are actually in debt, $2,000 right around $2,000. So that's us paying for people to see alternative information that people like this are trying to destroy.
GK: And on the last page, he's just really trying to either throw Roku under the bus or say that we're paying Roku when, number one, he's just not understanding and he's just trying to tie as much things together. So that way Roku feels pressure to cancel us. And it's a disgusting, defamatory tactic that literally warrants us suing you over next level. And to clarify, Roku gets 30% of our ad roll, which means they get 30% of our ad space, which means it's simple. They get 30% of our ad space. That's not 30% of any funds. They just get ad space to put their own ads in that they charge for.
Conclusion:
GK: So wrapping it up, this whole story together, along with the terms in it, are literally defamatory and it is considered libel. Now, let me show you real quick. Project Veritas does this kind of stuff all the time. And let me show you one of their recent cases with The New York Times and how the judge and the law define certain things. So this section is basically saying when The New York Times said that Project Veritas was using tweets in a marketing way, that it insinuated that the video and the content that they were releasing was deceptive, which is absolutely a lie. And that's what's considered defamatory. And it's funny because it must be a common practice because this is exactly what this guy did by trying to insinuate that we had fake YouTube accounts to spread our videos. We don't even have one YouTube account to spread any videos. That's not true at all. YouTube bans us. And this next section basically says that someone's opinion cannot be punished unless based on the entire article. This is libel based on the entire article If it would lead a normal person reading it without any other facts about the topic to have a negative opinion based off of the writer's negative opinion, then it's defamatory. And that's exactly what it is in this case. And we get calls every single day of people praying for us and thanking us for us putting this channel out there. And if people didn't like it, then why is it almost five stars? Why is and there's over 2000 rating also, it went viral organically with literally one of the videos with just one lady talking about it. This is clearly something the people want and we're not violating any rules or conditions. And you're trying to dirty our name and there's going to be consequences for that. Let this be a lesson to any outlet out there that wants to dirty somebody's name just because you don't agree with the content. We have the constitutional right to freedom of speech and we are not hurting anyone at all. We are not extremist. We don't promote any violence and we don't we will never promote any violence. That is never anything that we're going to ever be a part of. We promote love and unity. So you are putting out false statements about us. I guarantee this is going to boost us in a better direction. This video is just to clarify the disgusting things you said about us. Expect a letter from us.
Ends with a Bonus 3 Minute Video - Watch the video to see it.
